Here are a few of our
Medical Services
Helping you take care of your individual healthcare needs - whether it be helping you manage your mental health, chronic disease, contraception, or joint pain.
The Central Peace Health Centre partners with the Borealis Primary Care Network (PCN) to provide mental health counselling and chronic disease management for clinic patients.
Mental Health Counselling
You must be a patient of this clinic AND be referred from your family doctor to be eligible for this service. A mental health professional is on-site every two weeks (or so) for in-person visits. Appointments are required.
VISIT YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR at the clinic for a mental health referral.
Chronic Disease Management
Our on-site Chronic Disease Management nurse can provide education and counselling to help you live well with your condition(s), whether it be high blood pressure, diabetes, congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ((COPD), or another chronic disease.

(FOR THIS SERVICE ONLY, the doctor can perform this service for women who are NOT patients of this clinic provided they OBTAIN A REFERRAL from another DOCTOR.)
