If responding using our SECURE MESSAGING system to communicate with your healthcare provider (currently available with Dr Wolfaardt and Dr Funk only), please note that your provider WILL NOT ROUTINELY SEE YOUR ANSWERS until the time of your NEXT APPOINTMENT.
